Registration For OGR Workshop On Research Communication

The Office of Grants and Research presents a workshop on "Research Communication" for KNUST researchers to enhance their knowledge and skills in research communication, particularly leveraging the use of traditional and social media platforms.


WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES

By the end of workshop, participants will be expected to:
• Describe the importance of research communication beyond scholarly journals
• Identify a wide range of audiences to target in disseminating their research and how to engage these
audiences
• Identify a range of communication tools for reaching the relevant audiences
• Demonstrate the ability to prepare/create the appropriate content for traditional and social media platforms
• Outline effective ways of engaging with traditional and social media audiences
